Here are some answers to frequently asked questions:
Equipment requirements
- HDMI Compatibility: Works with devices using a standard HDMI Type-A port (14mm wide x 4.5mm thick), including Smart TVs, gaming monitors, and projectors.
- Audio Output: Sound plays through your connected device's built-in speakers (e.g., TV, computer, laptop, projector speakers).
No Sound? Try this first:
If you have external speakers connected to your TV/monitor/projector, disconnect them temporarily. Check if sound now comes from the device's own speakers. If this solves the issue, your external speaker setup needs adjustment.
- "No SD Card" Error
1. If the TV displays "No SD card, please insert": Clean the SD card's contacts with alcohol and reinsert it firmly. - HDMI Connection Issues
1. Check if the HDMI port matches the selected TV input channel.
2. Inspect the HDMI port for looseness, corrosion, or dust.
3. Try a different certified HDMI cable or test the device on another display.
